The newly renovated ballroom and legislative terrace are ideal for elegant ceremonies, urban cocktail hours, and themes receptions. From the most intimate of ceremonies to the most extravagant, the hotel offers the ideal Nashville style wedding venues to make for a flawless wedding celebration. The Capitol Ballroom boasts over 10,000 square feet of newly renovated space filled with a contemporary yet classic feel. The 22 feet high ceilings and natural earth tone colors will offer you unlimited opportunities to create the wedding of your dreams at the classiest, most elegant hotel of them all, the Sheraton. The 2,500 square feet Legislative Terrace boasts an atrium ceiling and lots of natural light. Views of the War Memorial Building make for a beautiful sight to gaze at while enjoying some quality wine or champagne during the reception. At night, the city lights and ambience at the terrace make for a romantic cap to top off the lovely night.

Venue Notes

The rental fee is $1,500 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony is $1,500 with reception rental or $6,000 for a ceremony only wedding. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required. Please note, ceremony costs waived if in same room as reception. Please inquire with venue for more details.
