Zoo Knoxville hosts a variety of events both indoors and outdoors on diverse backdrops across the park. Areas include bamboo forests, rock walls, covered bridges, enchanting pathways, tree houses, waterfalls, and animal enclosures. All event packages include a coordinator to help personalize your event. Our Wedding Coordinators will meet with and guide you through every step of decisions to make planning a breeze. Invite some animal ambassadors and enjoy cocktails with an African crested porcupine, a scarlet macaw, or even a bat-eared fox!

Time Restrictions

Bridal party can have unlimited time within the zoo, generally they arrive at noon to begin hair and makeup in the dressing areas. The ceremony will start after the zoo has been cleared of guests, about 6:30 pm, cocktail hour and reception to follow ending at midnight, however more time can be requested.

Rental Fees

Packages include ceremony and reception venues, tables, chairs, lap length linens, setup and breakdown, dressing rooms for bridal party, unlimited use of zoo grounds with prior approval, parking, security, and wedding coordinator, decor items such as plant centerpieces, votive candles, arches, and pedestals, complimentary cake cutting service, one year zoo membership for the bride and groom.
