The Villa Del Sol courtyard is a charming, #California style oasis nestled right in the heart of downtown Fullerton. This original #Spanish Colonial historic landmark with its rich architecture and alluring center courtyard make it the perfect venue for an outdoor event. Taking center stage, A Spanish-tiled, bubbling #fountain adds to the serene atmosphere of this rustic, un-pretentious gem of a venue. Beautifully landscaped with islands of palm trees and greenery, helping the space feel complete before adding your personal touch. Guests can enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres on the second floor terrace, the perfect space for weddings and receptions. The Villa features graceful arches, wrought-iron railings and towering turrets as gorgeous backdrops for photo opportunities. As night falls, festive market lighting gives the courtyard a magical glow over the scene as your guests dine, sip & dance under the stars!

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $3200 to $5,250 based on the specific rental day, featuring off-peak pricing starting at $3200 on a Sunday, and hourly rates if planning in a short, 75 day time frame(special terms may apply.) The rental includes 7 hours of event time, excluding set up and clean up time, for special events. Rental includes the suite from 11AM-6PM, security, valet and a ceremony drape. Ceremony and reception time is included in the rental time frame, which is 5:00PM to midnight. A deposit of 50% of the site rental fee is required to reserve. Day of coordination is not required but encouraged for a smooth event. Required vendors are catering and event rentals, all other vendors are your choice.
