The first floor of the Bull Barn features functional space while still retaining the feel of the original structure from 1905. The bottom level and Hereford Pen room are perfect spaces for meet-and-greets, and they include all of the necessary equipment for servicing your function. The Great Angus Hall on the barn's upper level is an expansive banquet venue perfect for your first meal. Large, authentic sliding barn doors open to the Bull Pen Patio, allowing events to expand to the breathtaking outdoors. Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows for a full day rental. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $2,500. For all wedding bookings, 75% of your guests must book overnight accommodations for a 2-night minimum stay in any of the venue's luxury tents, cabins, to wildness estates. A variety of 1 to 4 bedroom lodging is available. Prices will vary. Room prices start at $500/night and go up. For a 2-night minimum for around 100 guests, it will be around $50,000 (of course, prices will vary on season, date, and variety of rooms booked) in total cost for guest accommodations to host a wedding. Between the months of June-August, the venue requires a 4-night minimum for all overnight guest bookings.
