Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 11:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,000 to $1,500 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $1,250. There is a guest minimum applied to all events. The guest minimum for Saturday is 135 guests and the guest minimum for all other days is 100 guests. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $750/hr. Estimates provided by Wedding Spot are based on a Saturday wedding with the Classic Dinner Reception package.
