A full day rental is $2000. If you intend to have a rehearsal and a dinner on the night before the wedding, our two-day rental price is $3500. The fee could be less depending on the time frame and type of event and the amount of guests you plan for. A non-refundable deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total Venue Rental Fee serves to hold the venue for the specified date and time of the event and is payable at the time of contract signature. The balance of the rental fee, the $50 non-refundable cleaning fee and the $100 refundable security/damage deposit will be due and payable by the Friday, one week in advance of the event date. We have someone that comes and sets the security alarm and locks up the building and the front gate so the ending time is midnight.
