925 Farmers Loop Road
Fairbanks, AK 99712
Since 1927, sled dog racing has been a Fairbanks area tradition that has captured the minds and hearts of many. Although no longer unique to Alaska, dog mushing has its roots here and continues to be identified throughout the world as "Alaskan." The Alaska Dog Mushers Association is a sprint mushing race and education association based in Fairbanks, Alaska. The Mushers Hall in Fairbanks, Alaska, is a log building with complete kitchen and bathroom facilities, located on 45 acres of land on Farmers Loop Road. This beautiful property was donated to ADMA by Jeff Studdert (the namesake of the race trail system). The spacious interior, industrial-size kitchen, and large open fields make this facility great for weddings and receptions with a mountain lodge feel. Throughout the winter, the Association holds races at the Jeff Studdert Racegrounds. If you are looking to hold a snowy, white winter wedding, you will be able to catch the excitement of Fairbanks dog mushing at its best from the warmth and comfort of the Mushers Hall. The log building has a simple, airy interior with log walls and warm carpets. A wedding at the Mushers Association Hall encompasses the traditional, hearty charm of Alaska in its cozy log building and invites you to have a warm, lovely wedding within its doors.
