Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 10:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $3,500 to $4,500 for a reception and includes 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up. The fee for a ceremony only, ranges from $1750 to $2250 and includes 4 hours of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. A refundable security deposit of up to $2,000 is required.
