Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a guest minimum applied to all events. The guest minimum for Saturday is 150 guests and the guest minimum for all other days is 100 guests. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $1,500 and includes an extra hour of event time. For cocktail space if available for an additional fee, please inquire with venue for details. Additional hours can be arranged. Estimates provided by Wedding Spot are based on a Saturday wedding.
