The historic Bayliss Park Hall is Council Bluff’s premiere venue for your elegant wedding. Imagine your romantic pictures on the grand staircase in this Victorian mansion, surrounded by authentic antique decor. Beautiful Bayliss Park provides your scenic backdrop, with its breathtaking fountain and colorful gardens - a perfect location for outdoor garden weddings. When entering Bayliss Park Hall, you will be swept away by the beauty and romance of this 114-year-old Victorian Era mansion. The main floor reception area is perfectly framed by a beautiful 12-foot, hand-carved fireplace with a circular oak grand staircase leading to the second floor ballroom, which can host up to 200 guests. Arrive in style to your ceremony in a horse drawn, Cinderella-inspired metal carriage with an intricate frame. Say your vows in the reception parlor and enjoy the vintage, mahogany room with grand fireplace and chandelier for amazing ambience and mood as you walk down the aisle. The grand stairway will make for fairy tale entrance and stun your guests at the beautiful picture it makes. For an outdoor wedding, head out to the Balcony. It overlooks the park which boasts a majestic fountain and a beautiful green lined with trees and shrubbery for an epic backdrop to your festivities.

Set up time can start at noon. Events must end by 1:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $750 to $1,500 for a reception and includes 10 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony is $400 with reception rental. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required. Please note, outdoor ceremony and reception spaces available, please inquire with venue for more details.

The average wedding cost at The Bayliss Park Hall is estimated at between $2,477 and $4,350 for a ceremony & reception for 100 guests.
