The Asian Art Museum is home to one of the most complete collections of Asian art in the world. Constructed in 1916, the beautiful beaux arts building contains diverse and adaptable spaces. Samsung Hall boasts travertine marble walls, a chandelier and rich metal design accenting the huge windows. The Loggia overlooks the Grand Stairway with its barrel vaulted ceiling and massive columns. Glass ceilings crown the the expansive North and South Courts, providing a sleek modernism feel. During events, guests can explore three floors of galleries containing artworks from many Asian cultures spanning over 6,000 years of history.

Set up time starts at 5:15PM after the museum closes to the public. If available, Samsung Hall can be reserved for set up from 7:30AM for an additional fee of $3,000. Events must end by midnight with tear-down completed by 1:30AM. The venue is available every day of the week except Thursday.
The rental fees range from $10,000 to $14,000 depending on which areas are rented within the museum. The rental fee is for facilities usage for 8 hours from 5:15PM to 1:30AM including set up and clean up time. Extra hours can be arranged for a fee of $1,500/hr. The minimum rental fee for Friday and Saturday nights in December is $14,000. A refundable security deposit of $3,000 is required. Capacity varies with exhibitions.
