The newly renovated Renaissance Indian Wells Resort and Spa in Indian Wells, California is a spectacular site for your special day. Imagine a wedding outside in the Rose Lawn amidst palm trees and our rose garden, with surrounding mountains as your backdrop. The lush gardens and green lawn create an intimate space brimming with romance for your wedding ceremony. The Olive Grove is a beautiful outdoor venue with mature olive trees and an expansive and versatile space for weddings, large or intimate. If you desire an indoor reception, you and your guests can move inside to one of The Renaissance Esmeralda's luxurious reception sites. Mountain View is a unique split-level reception area that overlooks the hotel golf course. The Esmeralda Ballroom is our largest ballroom with luxurious floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Santa Rosa Mountains. The Crystal Ballroom has 15 sparkling chandeliers creating the perfect ambiance for your celebration. Finally, the Valencia Ballroom is a more modern space, perfect for a stylish celebration, with a large foyer for the cocktail reception. For after parties, we offer Stir, a former nightclub space that is complete with a DJ soundboard, speakers and lighting, monitors and comfortable lounge furniture and, of course, a dancefloor to dance the night away. The Renaissance Esmeralda Resort and Spa in Indian Wells is an extremely versatile venue that will make your Palm Springs wedding day dreams a reality.

Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a wedding ceremony is $2,000. Please note that our menu pricing includes one hour of complimentary bar service and passed hors d'oeuvres. It also includes a complimentary champagne toast.
