Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 4:00 PM. Events must end by 11:30 PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $2,000 for the Beach, Carriage House and Events Tent area includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a Beach ceremony ONLY is $800. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee, please inquire with venue for specific details. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Please note, Set-up start time is flexible on weekends, inquire with venue for specific details. Discounts available for active-duty armed force members and museum members. Outside catering is allowed with an additional fee of $200.
