Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 9:00AM. Events must end by 10:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $10,499 to $11,499 for a ceremony and reception and includes a full weekend rental and use of all spaces. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Please note, rental is for full weekend, Friday thru Sunday with checkout Monday morning. Please inquire with venue for weekday pricing.

Wedding Cost

The average wedding cost at Fernstone Retreat is estimated at between $14,892 and $19,125 for a ceremony & reception for 100 guests.
