    Tucked away in the Woodland Gardens, the Hughes Pavilion at the Dixon is an elegant venue that can be transformed to fit any style. The large skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows of the Pavilion offer ample light and a panoramic view of the woodlands, and the surrounding patios allow your event to spill into the outdoors. Our sprawling, 17 acre grounds house two garden spaces to choose from for a ceremony: the sweeping expanse of the South Lawn and the more intimate circle of the Bowlin Stage.

    Venue notes

    The rental fee for a ceremony-and-reception is $7500.00 and a reception-only or rehearsal dinner is $7000.00; a separate, refundable $500.00 damage deposit is also required and any of these options may book up to 18 months in advance. For detailed information about pricing and amenities, please contact the Dixon Venue Rental Coordinator; pricing shown on WeddingSpot shows services and amenities that may not be included in rental or that are not determined by the Dixon, so pricing estimates may not be accurate. Please note that catering+bartending and associated costs are handled separately, through our on-site caterer, Park+Cherry by Chef Phillip Dewayne.

    - Seasonal tent (white top, no lights, options to upgrade/change), mid-March through mid-November

    - All food and beverage handled by venue

    - BYO alcohol

    - Venue must approve all decorations

    - Wheelchair access limited

    - No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.

    - Exclusive caterer for venue

    - Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors

    - Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer

    - Music must end by 11:00PM

    - No sparklers
