The rental fee ranges from $1,000 to $3,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A non-refundable security deposit of $500 is required. To rent out all 3 spaces, the rental fee ranges from $4,500 to $5,500.
