The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $3,000 for a reception and includes 3-4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $1000 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $400/hr plus staff fees if needed. Please inquire with the venue for buffet, There is a food minimum requirement by day of the week. Staffing costs are not included in the pricing estimate. Please inquire with the venue for the applicable staffing fees needed for your event.
