Time Restrictions

Set up for receptions only (including vendors being brought on site) begins 2 hours prior to the start of the reception. For example, if your reception begins at 6pm - you and your vendors may be on site at 4pm. Set up for receptions with onsite ceremonies (including vendors being brought on site) begins 2 hours prior to the start of the ceremony. For example, if your ceremony begins at 4pm, you and your vendors may be on site at 2pm. Events must end by 11:30PM. All bars must close 30 minutes prior to the end of the reception.

Rental Fees

Room rental fees range from $400 to $2,500 for a wedding reception, which includes 5 hours of event time - excluding set up and clean up time. Ceremonies can be held on site in our Ceremony Garden for $500 or inside, with reception rental. Please note - The Trio (Cabernet, Chardonnay and Champagne Rooms) must be rented together for all Saturday evening events. These spaces cannot be divided on a Saturday evening. Each space has a food and beverage minimum that must be applied for all events. Depending on the room and day/time, food and beverage minimums range from $2,000 to $14,000.
