Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 11:00PM. For weddings of 120 or more, outdoor Harbor Cove ceremony suggested.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $9,590 to $11,998 for 100 guests and includes wedding cake, minister, DJ, flowers, coordinator, food and beverage, and sales tax and service charges. The venue allows 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $995/hr. Deposit to book is $3000 and is applied towards wedding.
