Set up time can start at 4:30PM. Events must end by 11:00PM.
The rental fee ranges from $500 to $3,950 for ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a minimum guest count required for all events which range from 50 to 125 guests depending on the reception venue. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A refundable security deposit that ranges from $100 to $1,000 is required. Additional set up fees may apply.
