The rental fee ranges from $500 to $550 for ceremony and reception and includes 9 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $50/hr. A damage deposit is required and ranges from $500 to $1,000. For nonresidents of Alameda and Contra Costa counties, there is a surcharge that equals 20% of the rental fee.
