Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $1,250 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The fee for a ceremony ranges from $850 to $1,000 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr.
