Constructed in 1940, Temescal Beach House is a handsome stone building overlooking the picturesque lake, an urban oasis that exudes romance. Surrounded by bountiful greenery, active wildlife, glittering water, and a sandy shore, this location offers a bit of everything nature has to offer! The two-story building is nestled among the rich bundle of trees and is accented by a trio of arches cut into the unique stone exterior. While impressive and grand in look, the Beach House gives off a warm, inviting feel that is bound to entice your friends and family. A walk to the back of the house reveals a patio surrounded by fragrant gardens, ideal for intimate gatherings. As the sun goes down, move into the fireside room for the evening. A roaring fireplace gives the cabin-style space an even warmer atmosphere that calls for a festive celebration!

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by midnight.
The rental fee ranges from $700 to $1,500 for ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $150/hr. A damage deposit is required and ranges from $500 to $1,000. For nonresidents of Alameda and Contra Costa counties, there is a surcharge that equals 20% of the rental fee. Prices provided by Wedding Spot are based on a 8 hour rental and not hourly rates. Please inquire with venue wedding coordinator for more details.
