Located on 129 private acres and just 30 minutes from Charlottesville, VA, Montfair Resort Farm is a charming, one of a kind venue to share your special celebration with family and friends. Our relaxed atmosphere and flexible indoor/outdoor ceremony and reception spaces feature dramatic mountain and lake views, a spacious event lodge with fireplace and tented deck, and an evening bonfire. On-site accommodations for up to 54 guests in our cottages and guest house are also available.

Service Options

Venue notes

The rental fee ranges from $3,410 to $6,810.00 for a ceremony and reception and includes an entire day of rental including set up and clean up time. Montfair Resort Farm also offers full weekend packages with overnight accommodations included. Please inquire for more details and pricing. Weekend packages gives the client access to the venue Friday noon to Sunday 3:00pm. An indoor ceremony option is available in case of inclement weather. Some discounts for winter and summer weddings, inquire with venue for details.
