The NC State University Club has been serving the faculty, staff, and alumni of NC State University for over 50 years, and is the ideal place for you to celebrate your wedding day. With many venue options, the University Club will accommodate every wish of even the pickiest bride. The University Room has a beautiful view of the par - 3 golf course. With the terrace off the back of the University Room it allows your guests to enjoy a pleasant evening outside while still enjoying a delicious meal inside. The simple elegance of The Ballroom allows for decoration to suit every function while providing a warm and inviting area for guests. An important feature of the Ballroom is the quaint rose garden patio located off the west end of the Ballroom; which provides a beautiful backdrop for pictures or a wonderful place to relax with friends and family. The largest room at the University Club can accommodate up to 250 people for a buffet or sit-down lunch or dinner and up to 300 people for hors d' oeuvres.

The rental fee ranges from $500 to $700 for an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The fee for an indoor ceremony is $400 with indoor reception rental. There is also a food and beverage applied to all events. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $200/hr. Chair rental fee required for outdoor ceremony option.
