Set up time can start at 10:00AM. Events must end by midnight. Venue is only available on Saturdays year round and on Sundays June through August (excluding third Sundays).
The hourly rental fee of $120 resident/$132 non-resident with a ten hour minimum reservation that includes a 3 hour set-up, 2 hour clean-up time with a 5 hour maximum event time, to include ceremonies. Available on Saturdays only (and 3 out of 4 Sundays in June, July and August). A non-county/non-resident fee of $250 may apply. November through March winter rates are hourly and discounted 25%, and maximum capacity is reduced to 50 persons. A refundable security deposit of $200 is required. A 5 hour alcohol permit fee of $200 is available for beer, wine and champagne. Prices provided by Wedding Spot are based on a weekend rental and not hourly rates.
