Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 10:30 PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $3,000 to $4,700 up to 150 guests with additional guests at $8.00 per person. There is a guest count minimum applied to all events. Please inquire with the event coordinator for exact minimums. Time frame of 9 hours for facility use including a 4500 sq. ft. Villa with make-up studio and 10 acre vineyard and lakefront estate.
