Accommodations for 100 guests. Additional guests allowed with upcharge

• Lighted pavillion used for reception or cocktail hour
• 6 station air-conditioned restroom trailer
• Complimentary bridal suite
• Lighted bar
• Wedding arch
• Kitchen – for staging only
• Cake table
• Bistro lighting
• Gazebo and island
• Use of grounds for cocktail hour
• Balcony for band or DJ
• Use of grounds for engagement photos
• Walk-through rehearsal in advance of wedding

A fee of $7000.00
• All of the above including:
• Chairs (& set-up) at wedding site
• Dinner seating with chairs, tables (& set-up) at reception site
• Banquet tables
• Pavillion site with furniture and high top tables
• White 132 inch tablecloths
• Chafing dishes (7)
• Hot boxes
• Staff of 3

Add ons:
• $8.00 per person: Place settings (plates for reception, appetizers and dessert, cutlery, napkins, glassware for reception, chargers)
• $300.00 Coffee station with large urn, sustainable disposable coffee cups, creamer and sugar
• $5.00 per person Champagne toast with glass flutes with prosecco Minimum is $150.00
