Common Ground is located just 30 minutes from Burlington, VT, allowing convenient travel for family and friends coming from far away. Guests are greeted by beautiful mountain views and with multiple site locations on the property, this venue has everything you’ll need for a flawless wedding day. For your ceremony, the cathedral-like, tastefully renovated Hay Barn provides a sacred space for indoor ceremonies. Or you may choose from the many outdoor fields, all with breathtaking views of the Hogback and Green Mountains. The Dining Hall features a bamboo dance floor and has a large screened-in porch ideal for a cocktail hour. Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at noon on Friday. Clean up must be completed by noon on Sunday. Events do not have an end time day of the event.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $5,800 for a ceremony and reception and includes exclusive access to the property for a 3-day rental. The rental becomes available noon on Friday to noon on Sunday. There are 20 rustic cabins that can sleep up to 86 overnight guests starting at $3,600 from Friday through Sunday, plus an eight-room Lodge that sleeps up to 31 people starting at $2,600 from Friday through Sunday. Weekday weddings are available for a reduced rate, please inquire. The venue is only available for wedding bookings from May through early July and late August through October.
