    There is a $1,000 rental fee for a reception but can be waived when the food and beverage minimum of $4,000 is reached. The venue allows 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a wedding ceremony is $500. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr.
