The Community Center boasts an upper and lower level space and is perfect for your small or medium size wedding party and includes lakeside access. Amenities in the community room include built-in service areas, a charming fireplace and lots of space for dancing. Situated just across from the Community Center is a Gazebo with a wonderful view of the lake. It is ideal for an outdoor wedding, equipped with electric lights and plenty of comfortable bench seating in a lovely shaded area, a wonderful scenery for photo shots. This venue is perfect for your intimate wedding ceremony in any season and the colors compliment all wedding colors, all that’s missing is your added personal touch.

Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 9:00AM on Saturday and Sundays, Fridays will be available by 5 PM. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $275 to $550 for a wedding or reception and includes 12 hours of rental time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for reception and ceremony ranges from $275 to $550. A refundable security deposit of $400 is required. Please note, some discounts may apply for local residents.

Wedding Cost

The average wedding cost at Tri-Township Park District Community Center is estimated at between $2,270 and $4,020 for a ceremony & reception for 100 guests.
