Venue Notes

The rental fee is $1,250 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony only wedding is $2,500 or with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue can accommodate 150 guests with no dance floor or 120 guests with a dance floor. Meal pricing ranges $60-$70 per person.
