There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The set up fee for a ceremony only wedding ranges from $1,000 to $3,000 or $600 to $1,500 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged. The Aventine room can accommodate 250 guests for a cocktail style reception and 130 for seated dinner. The Loft can accommodate 100 guests for a cocktail style reception and 80 guests for a seated dinner. Wedding packages range from $95 to $145 per person.Amenities And Requirements
