Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 2 hours prior to event start time. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

Rental and overhead fees are $1,400 for a reception which includes 4 hours of event time, 2 set up, and 1 clean up hour, with tables and chairs, pre-set, staff, on-site to break them down and lock up. The fee for a ceremony ranges from $300 to $500. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $150/hr. A refundable security deposit of $300 is required. Please note, for an indoor ceremony, no reception is included. The venue is not rented on weekdays but occasional evenings are available.
