- Rentals include 20 banquet or round tables, 160 white folding chairs, and a one-time set-up.
- Rental times include decorating and cleanup. If your event will require more time, please schedule additional hours at the time of the contract.

A date security fee equaling 30 percent of the overall rental fee ($1,000 minimum), a $1,000 damage deposit, and a signed contract are required to hold your date. The date security fee is applied to your overall rental fee. The damage deposit will be refunded within three weeks of your event if you follow the rules of the contract and do not exceed the completion time of your event.
The rental fee is due 90 days prior to the scheduled event. A floor plan is due three weeks prior to the event, including fees for any additional items.

Rental fees are subject to sales tax and may change without notification.
Nonprofit rates are available.

Events booked on holidays will be charged at the weekend campus rate.
