Entire TihsreeD (The Lodge, The Cabin, and The Apartment and The Great Hall): 4 days/3 nights is $14,950; or 6 days/5 nights is $18,500, plus 3.9% tax. Overnight Accommodations for up to 42 and all the items listed above. (Total Security/Damage deposit of $1,000)

Upper TihsreeD (The Lodge, The Apartment, and The Great Hall): 4 days/3 nights is $11,325 or 6 days/5 nights is $13,675 plus 3.9% tax. Overnight Accommodations for up to 24 and all the items listed above. (Total Security/Damage deposit of $1,000)

Other requirements:

50% of rental fee pays to block dates (Full refund for cancellations 45 or more days in advance of stay).

All Events/gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy per lodging accommodation will incur a $1,400/per event fee.

A sales lodging tax of 3.9% will be added to all reservations.

For Events such as weddings and corporate gatherings "day of event" insurance is required.
