The rental fee is $2,100 for a ceremony and includes 1 hour of event time plus setup time and cleanup after event, security personnel for directions and parking, cleaning, sound system access with personnel, rehearsal time, bridal ready room, and groom ready room. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $50/hr. A non-refundable security deposit of $300 is required.Amenities And Requirements

- Amplified music OK indoors only- Music must end by 8:00PM- No alcohol allowed on venue- No catering allowed- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No smoking- Venue must approve all decorations- Wedding coordinator required
