Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 11:00PM.
The rental fee ranges from $550 to $750 for a reception and ceremony and includes 12 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony only wedding is $300. There is $125 cleaning fee applied to all events. A refundable security deposit of $200 is required.
