The Pioneer Barn is a unique venue located in beautiful Saint Augustine, Florida; the nation's oldest city. We offer a casual and gracious setting with old world charm and flexible options. With 2000 square feet of air-conditioned space, our beautiful barn is perfect for weddings of up to 130 guests. Couples will have the opportunity to decorate the barn to put their personal touch on their big day. Whether your vision involves rustic burlap or elegant chandeliers, our barn is an ideal choice. The barn also features a farmhouse porch complete with rocking chairs, lanterns and ceiling fans. We also provide an adjacent covered picnic area with seating for 80 people. Couples have the option to perform their ceremony in the barn or on the museum grounds at our small Spanish chapel. Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 11:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and 10:00 pm on all other nights.
The rental fee ranges from $2500 - $3000 for a reception and ceremony which includes 5 hours of event time plus an additional 4 hours for set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be purchased if desired. A $500 deposit will secure your date. A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required.
