The Westin Jersey City Newport is the newest luxury hotel on the West Bank of the Hudson, with a Grand Ballroom that is one of the largest in the area. Located on the 3rd floor, the elegant Ballroom features rich teak paneling and contemporary chandeliers. Adjacent to the ballroom is a pre-function balcony, which overlooks the magnificent four-story atrium. The balcony is accessible by a soaring "flying" staircase perfect for photos! Besides its intensely focused service standards, the professional team here is committed to surprising and delighting the bride & groom as well as their families and guests by creating only the most memorable of experiences. From start to finish, your day will be an event that is customized to your individual style and taste. Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events which varies based on number of guests and seasonality. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $1,500 and includes an extra hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee. Please inquire with venue wedding coordinator for more details. A non-refundable security deposit of 30% of the food & beverage minimum is required to reserve date.
