Time Restrictions

Set up can start at 9:30AM. Events must end by 10:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $3,900 to $4,895 (depending on the total number of guests) for a reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. Site rental fee is just for the site, rooms are not included in this fee. The venue is only available for wedding bookings April through October. A beach permit is required for beach ceremonies to be arranged directly with the city. Package rates are available for the 5 bedrooms and complimentary breakfast the morning after the wedding for a 2-night stay - please inquire with the venue. You may choose your own caterer and rental company for outside rentals. All bottles, cans, food containers and trash from the event must be removed from property. Please inquire with the venue for 300+ guests.
