Originally built in 1840, David’s Country Inn is an elegantly restored historic mansion that boasts an atmosphere of gracious country hospitality. Family owned and operated for over 35 years, our specialty is that we only cater to one event per day. So our venue is as unique and special as you are!

Time Restrictions

We only host one event per day so our event times are very flexible.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony ranges from $1000 to $1,500 and includes a half hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee. A non-refundable security deposit of 20% of the wedding cost is required. There is a minimum guest count that varies based on season and day of the week.
