Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

The venue rental fee ranges from $400 to $750 for a reception and includes 4 1/2 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The fee for a beach ceremony is $600 .
The venue fee now includes champagne colored Chiavari chairs at the Venue for all events ( which usually cost $6 + per chair at most Venues) .
