Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,000 (daytime weddings) to $1,500 (evening weddings) for a ceremony and reception and includes 7 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. A ceremony only wedding is a fee of $500. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. An outdoor reception would require a tent rental not provided by the venue. Venue buyout from 9AM - midnight ranges from $9,000- $10,000 in food and beverage minimums. Please inquire with venue for ceremony guest count >50 guests for standing room only. An indoor reception can accommodate 54 guests indoors with an additional 35 guests to be seated on the outdoor patio. Meal prices ranges from $54.50 to $84.50 per person.
