Gaylord's at Kilohana Overview
Gaylord’s offers one of Kauai’s most beautiful settings for your perfect wedding. Located in the historic Kilohana Plantation home, diners are seated around an open-air courtyard with views of the plantation grounds and Mt. Waialeale in the distance. For an indoor or outdoor affair, Gaylord’s at Kilohana has the space for your ceremony and party. Your ceremony will be held under an awning in the lawn surrounded by flowers and sunshine. For the evening, enormous black and white tents are hoisted to set up for a grand reception next to the pool. The indoor rooms are majestic and are complete with wooden accents, chandeliers, and an antique piano. The kitchen uses only the freshest, seasonal ingredients supporting local farmers and fishermen. Gaylord’s 67-acre sustainable farm provides much of the produce and herbs used in our dishes and cocktails. Your guests will marvel at the incredible fish selection and banana cream pie dessert. After dinner, your guests can take a walk around the Kilohana grounds, dance on the outdoor dance floor, and toast to happiness and love under the sparkling stars.Venue Notes
There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $500 for a daytime wedding and can be booked between 10:00AM to 2:30PM. Evening ceremony is $0 and can be booked from 5:00PM to 10:00PM. Additional hours can be arranged. A tent is not included for outdoor receptions which is suggested for parties of 120+ guests.Amenities And Requirements
