The Beachfront Cottage was recently renovated in 2012! The cottage is a beautiful, clean space that has everything you need for a fantastic, tropical wedding celebration. This property is situated on a gorgeous white sand beach, ideal for swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, and boogie boarding before and after the big day. This beach is perfect for your event because it is protected from large winter swells by the outer reef, lending a calm and peaceful setting for your ceremony. Set in sunny Hawaii, the area is clear of coral rock for you to bask in the sun and enjoy clean, clear water. Enjoy the incredible weather and relaxing atmosphere, as this is a home away from the noisy hustle of Waikiki and Honolulu. The home boasts tropical-style decor and is for an intimate celebration. Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 11:00AM. Events must end by 11:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,800 to $3,150 (depending on the total guest count) for a ceremony and reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The rental fee includes the $300 cleaning fee. The cottage is available for overnight stay: 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, and sleeps 6-8 guests (no night minimum is required). Please inquire with the venue for nightly rates available.
