Onondaga Park Overview
Located in the heart of Syracuse, New York, Onondaga Park is described as "...natural earth works [which] reveal the contribution of man's aesthetic nature to those who seek rejuvenating tonic for the spirit and glorious treat for the eye." Edged by the meandering Onondaga Creek, the neo-classical greenhouse in which many of the plants used in the parks are grown stands amidst the rusticity of a stone bridge arch and spray fountain. Exchange vows underneath the picturesque gazebo overlooking Hiawatha Lake. Ideal for an intimate wedding, family and friends can look on as you and your significant other profess your love for each other on the small footbridge connected to the mainland. The rental fee is $30 for a 4-hour period (ceremony only) and a $60 fee for an 8-hour period. The permit timeframe MUST include set-up and breakdown time. There is also a 12-hour package available. The venue does not allow any type of alcoholic beverage on the premises. The park is only available for wedding bookings April through October.Amenities And Requirements
