The 2019 lottery will be held May 17, 2018. **** Located on the shores of gorgeous Lake Tahoe, the Hellman-Ehrman Mansion at Ed Z'Berg Sugar Pine Point State Park is the pristine place for the wedding of your dreams. Completed in 1903, this elegant cabin mansion will serve as the perfect backdrop for your wedding and will transport you and your guests back to the turn of the century. Say your “I do’s” with the stunning Tahoe mountain skyline in the background as your guests watch on from the dazzling green lawns. Your senses will be tickled by the sweet smell of pine trees and the calming sounds of the waving lake that will take your wedding to the next level. As the sun begins to set, have your guests enjoy eating, drinking, and dancing under the luminous twinkling lights, the starry gleam, and the moonlight glow. Time Restrictions

For standard evening wedding events, setup begins at 2:30pm and cleanup must end by midnight, with most ceremonies starting at 5:00pm. If you seek a unique type of wedding event (i.e. a sunrise ceremony), we welcome your inquiry and will consider each requests on a case by case basis.

Rental Fees

For a full wedding (ceremony and reception), the venue fee ranges from $3,500 to $6,250. In addition, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit is required. Parking is included in the venue fee. No equipment (i.e. chairs) is included. You will have access to a small indoor Bridal Suite; otherwise the venue is completely outdoors. The venue fee includes 5 hours of event time (5-10pm) not including setup and cleanup. We can accommodate up to 150 attendees (not including vendors) for full wedding events. ________________________________________________________________________________ Ceremony events at this lakeside venue range from a simple intimate ceremony with just a few attendees, to 100+ seated attendees, to a ceremony followed by drinks and hor d'oeuvres, but would not include a wedding reception.
