Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 9:00AM.Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $2,000 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony is $500. Same rental fees apply for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. Please note, there is a $2 per person set up fee charged for all ceremony and receptions. In addition, there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events.
