Established as an education center for gardens, botany, and environmental awareness, this lovely property is a community staple and a singular locale for holding weddings. Guests will be immediately greeted by a finely manicured lawn and adorable stone path leading up to the historic Rutgers House, a delightful white manor home with expansive windows and a paned glass door that creates an impressive welcoming for all. Enjoy a captivated ceremony on the emerald lawn shaded by mature trees and surrounded by blooming flowers, creating a one-of-a-kind setting for exchanging your vows! The Rutgers House interior is ideal for cocktail hour or reception, complete with historic detailing that creates a majestic, yet somehow intimate atmosphere for your big day! The weekend rental fee is $1,600 for a ceremony and reception and includes 14 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. A $900 rate is available for a Friday or Sunday rental and includes 8 hours of rental time.. Same rental fees apply for a ceremony only wedding. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all events. Weekday rentals, Monday thru Thursday, are $100 an hour with a minimum of 4 hours.Amenities And Requirements
